Responsibilities
• Communicating strategic priorities.
• Ensuring implementation of merchandising standards.

• Monitoring sales/POS progress against business plans.
• Coaching distributors to execute with excellence.
• Field-based leadership with individual producer goals and objectives.
Qualifications
• Proven sales success, experience and track record in the Consumer Goods industry (Beverage Consumer Products, DSD, Indirect, On-Premise, Full Service, Bulk, Small-Store).
•15 + years pf Distributor and Supplier experience.
• Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented, strategic mindset.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen to understand and manage back end financial planning systems.
• 15+ years experience managing and motivating third party sales teams.
• Excellent negotiator and influencer with the ability to train/teach sales partners.
• Clear and proven ability to develop and implement successful sales and trade marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication/presentation skills.
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
